We appreciate your efforts to keep our transactions safe. However, I’m facing an issue with the latest update that has been frustrating. The app prompted me to update, but after doing so, it got stuck, leading me to reinstall it. Now, while re-registering, SIM selection and verification completed, but at the OTP entry step, the app indicates it's auto-reading the OTP. My device can't detect it, and there’s no option to enter the OTP manually. I would appreciate any assistance to resolve this.

I encountered an issue while using the app. After granting all necessary permissions, the OTP was sent, but the app only accepts the OTP if it is automatically detected. On my device, the OTP arrives before the OTP screen appears, causing the app to fail in detecting the OTP automatically. I have tried multiple times but couldn't find a solution. Additionally, there is no option to enter the OTP manually. This needs to be addressed for a smoother user experience.

Performance should be improved a lot. By the time the bhim app opens, we could have completed the transaction in other payment apps and moved on to the next work. Scanning the qr and making the payment is the basic use case, and then only every other feature comes into the picture. Make it blazing fast, at least par with other apps
