Very poor customer service & unreliable power supply updates I am extremely disappointed with the PSPCL app and the overall service. The customer support is almost non-responsive — calls go unanswered, and complaints stay pending without any proper resolution. The power supply updates are also highly unreliable. Outage information is either delayed or not updated at all, leaving customers completely confused and helpless. We depend on these updates for our daily routine, and such poor service

No instant data available - keep getting this error. What's the point of smart meter if it does not send data to server or the server is not configured properly to receive data. We've to keep going to offices to get the bill issued. Pathetic how each and every thing is done to harass the common man.

I don't know why does the Government waste tax payers money on such apps. The last update of "latest data" on the app was 10 days earlier on Smart Meters data. It is making the SMART meters DUMB this way. Otherwise the app has been working fairly well.
