What can you do with the BNL app?

• Purchases and Card Management: Purchase the BNL Classic Credit Card and BNL Prepaid Card directly in the app. View the credit limit of all your cards, including shared ones.
• Payments and Transactions: Make instant and ordinary Italian and Sepa transfers, account transfers, mobile phone and prepaid card top-ups. Pay postal bills, including via camera, and MAV/RAV.
• View your overall assets: If you have a Securities Deposit, you can view your overall assets, divided by liquidity in current accounts and invested capital.
• Consult the documents sent by the Bank, directly in the app, in the “Doc” section

the worst banking experience ever, don't open any account with BNL. it has no European branches outside Italy, I need to come all the way from Amsterdam to Rome to change my phone number because I couldn't receive OTP. and now that I'm back I have the same issue ( access denied due to security issue). BNL is a Joke. 9.9€ monthly subscription for this service. I'll close my account.

I will not recommend any to open account in bnl ,I am facing worst experience from there staff and their banking as well.they charged too much money for transfer money to other account, I was in bank I sent transfer money in bank by paying cost ,and staff sent twice same money same account but I signed only for one transaction, and now more than 2 months bank had cancel transaction and accepted they did by mistake ,but till now I didn't receive my amount from other bank. worst banking
