If you are already registered, use your account to log in or create a new one from the App in a few simple steps. You can also use the same account to access the Enel Energia Customer Area on the enel.it website or to access the digital services of other Enel Group companies.
Furthermore, to access quickly and securely, you can activate biometric recognition via fingerprint or face recognition.
• You can keep tabs on all your active and activating supplies
If you already have one or more active electricity, gas or fiber supplies you will be able to:
or always have your bills at hand;
or pay one or more bills online in a single solution without having to enter your credit card details every time. In fact, with your Digital Wallet you will have your payment card data saved and always at hand;
or activate direct debit for your bills and receive, if you had paid it previously, the refund of the security deposit amount;
or tell us your meter reading;
or receive your bill in digital format via email to reduce the use of paper and reduce CO2 emissions related to the transport of bills;
or modify some data and characteristics of your supply such as, for example, the power or billing address;
or and much more.
If you have requested the activation of an electricity, gas and fiber supply, you will be able to view the progress of your request at any time and send any documentation necessary to complete it directly to the App.
If, however, you want to activate a new electricity, gas and fiber offer or one of our services for your home or office, choose directly from our proposals designed for you by consulting our brand new Store!
It is important to know that, if you give consent to the Enel Group companies, you will be able to learn about the advantages of the products and services provided by all the Group companies!
