Poor experience, partly signed up years ago but had trouble with the verification process. Had several emails offering enhanced sign up, tried uploading docs for verification said my device was not suitable for this, tried reopening app to try again and they have banned me as verification failed? (I didn't even get the chance to upload and get through the process) same as it was several years back. Avoid waste of time and effort. 3.4 stars for a reason.

The service provided is consistently excellent. Despite being a novice, I have consistently received assistance from the support team. The online platform functions as intended, but the mobile app could benefit from additional features and functionality. I receive my rewards on schedule each month and have recently subscribed to the annual plan. I intend to stake in the near future to increase my rewards. There is still significant room for improvement like introducing a metal card.

This is more about the service itself: After multiple months waiting for the card (without support of the virtual card) I gained some decent PLU rewards in the app. But there is no straightforward way of withdrawing them with the promised it is about to be re-introduced and postponed multiple times. T&C: Changing the policy and require paid subscription to get the rewards feels more like a fraud. Still no way of withdrawing the rewards.
