You can easily apply for various procedures without having to visit the store.
■Main functions
・Application for reissuance of an unusable cash card
・Application for suspension or reissue of cash card/passbook due to loss or theft
・Resuming use of cash cards and passbooks that have been suspended due to loss or theft
・Resuming use of cash cards and passbooks recovered by the police
・Application for reissuance of an unusable debit card
・Debit card cancellation
・Stop using the lost seal ・Switch to an account that does not require a seal
・Change of address/phone number
・Change of cash card usage limit
・Name change (switch to a seal-less account)
・Issuance of balance certificate
・Cancellation of account
・Confirmation of reception results
