I think you should add your Prepaid Mastercard as a regular EquityBcdc Account so costumers can see the card Balance without going to an ATM. In addition, an online portal for managing the Prepaid Card is a MUST. You should open it .

No help ..very poor service. Your denying resetting my password...so I can't use equity mbanking...unless I go to A TM . Am discouraged . Very poor.
