I've tried 2 different times to get a taxi with this app and both times drivers did not pick up. I tried switching options, but got nothing. You've essentially killed Kakao T which at least had an English option. (Why do you treat foreigners like this? 😑) This third separate time someone FINALLY picked up.

KakaoTaxi much more better, I tried too many times to order taxi and always application can't find taxi near me, app shows too many taxis around me but can't book one, waiting and searching time too long, seems working taxi drivers not responsive and responsible. Drivers not competent, not professional, this the worst taxi service ever. 🤬🤮

it takes a little bit too long to get a ride but it is no different than Kakao T really. They should incentivize drivers a bit more to accept calls I think
