About this app

The goal of the project "Zak kөmegi" is to provide the population with qualified legal assistance online, to automate advocacy and the activities of legal consultants.
The advantages of "Zaң kңmegi":
• the ability to provide citizens with effective legal assistance already at the stage of consultation by entering data on individuals and legal entities through "Zak Kumegi";
• providing lawyers and legal consultants with modern tools for verifying data on individuals and legal entities in the framework of the trial;
• expediting the workflow for collecting evidence in the performance of their duties as a lawyer or representative;
• automation of the provision and accounting of state guaranteed legal assistance online;
• enabling courts and law enforcement agencies to check the status and powers of lawyers and legal consultants online;
• maintaining the register of membership in the chamber of legal consultants;
• the possibility of obtaining an extract from the electronic register of legal consultants;
• the possibility of obtaining an extract from the register of self-regulatory organizations on the adopted, notification of the beginning of the activities of a self-regulatory organization based on compulsory membership (participation);
• informational interactions on requests for information to state and non-state organizations necessary for the implementation of advocacy and the activities of legal consultants;
