About this app

If you are searching for other piano keyboard app for a better playing experience, you just found one. Playing piano or other instruments on your mobile device has never been easier. Enjoy playing 3 note chords for your favorite songs by touching a chord pad/tab one at a time. For learners, the corresponding note numbers are highlighted on the keys as you play the chords. Additional notes can be normally played while playing chords. Use of wired headsets is recommended for better stereo sound quality enjoyment.

General Features:
Similar to other piano keyboard apps but with more features, Strings and Piano Keyboard is a simple but responsive app featuring realistic sounds of fifty-six instruments consisting of five acoustic pianos, five electric pianos, six organs, acoustic folk, classical guitar, two electric guitars, electric bass, arc bass, bandurria/mandolin, sitar, two saxophones, two synths, two choir/human synthesized voices, four orchestral strings, three violins, cello, pizzicato, orchestra, horn, trumpet, flute, accordion, bandoneon, harp, vibraphone, xylophone, music box, steel pan, and drum kit. Two instrument banks or channels are available for dual sound reproduction.

This app features an audio recorder, music player, four keyboard layouts with six (6) octaves, and a maximum of ten note played simultaneously. The tuning is preset at 440 kHz standard tuning or ISO 16 and cannot be changed. Sustain function and touch response are supported on compatible devices. Before recording a performance, make sure headphone is unplugged and volume is set to approximately 75% or more.

Other Useful Features And Enhancements:
Six preset reverb and playback speed and pitch control audio enhancement effects. The choices are large hall, medium hall, large room, medium room, small room, and plate reverb. Users who need to transcribe or study notes and chords of songs can now slow down or speed up playback, and/or change the pitch of the music on the fly.

This app offers reward points and items in the form of new instrument sounds that are locked in a vault. It contains banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads. To unlock the reward items, users can opt to view rewarded videos to accumulate in-app reward points.

An ad-free Pro version of this app is also available at a minimal price for those who don't like to see ads and like to support the developer.

Enjoy and thank you for downloading and using Strings and Piano Keyboard.

This app is seriously lacking. For the amount of time they put into creating what could've been a flawless sounding app, it's pointless when you record something and can't share or locate the file. I tried their advice but it made no sense. The app also closes without warning. I'd have no problem paying to get rid of the ads if I were satisfied with the demo version but since I can't extract what I record without being a magician, one star :(

Update: Open file explorer and click Music folder. Look for myRecords folder to see what you recorded. The new path is Internal storage/Music/myRecords. The file format and name was changed to Piano_20200908202218.aac. The numbers in the filename corresponds to year/month/date/time when the file was recorded.

I actually really like many things about this app. Nice selection of instruments, responsive and the chords are a lovely touch however, I find it so frustrating that these developers create a half descent, useful app but then spoil it by either not adding a record feature or (as in this case) the record feature is awfull as it records what the device mic picks up! Completely useless! Doesn't deserve such a low rating though. That is why I'm giving a 3⭐ app 5⭐. Try & bump the score up a little

Too many ads, notices, etc. Also not for songwriters/musicians who are looking to figure out chord progressions because if chords at the bottom/side can be edited, I sure couldn't figure out how. I guess it's fine if you're just looking to play the keyboard on your phone maybe
