Ratings and reviews

After the February 2023 update, like many others, I found the following issues: can't download photos from the app, error: No permissions granted. Please check device settings. the app constantly logs me out, and requires entering a password to log on again double notifications for the same update In general, the app would be better if it provides an option to download all photos automatically rather than forcing me to download each one by hand.

The app itself is very useful and provides great insight into what our little one gets up to at nursery. However, I have an issue with compatibility on my current phone i think. I had oneplus before on which the app worked perfectly without any issues. I recently switched to google pixel 8a and the app takes a very long time to open up. I have tried clearing cache but have not had any luck. If possible can the developers look into this please. Thanks

Was working fine for a few months and now suddenly my child's profile has 'disappeared' from the app. There is no tab for my child to even select and when queried with his nursery they have no idea. So I can't access anything. Ridiculous
