Submitted multiple but findings but looks like there isn't anyone currently working on improving their software. One of the biggest issues we encountered was that a status change on an appointment does not trigger zapier, we need to update the appointment and save which then sends a appointment change email to the client. Software support is not good. Its a bumper because so many capabilities of this app.

I understand it's a free subscription but they really need to do something about their website. I have tried logging in 15 times it's saying my company's name login, all my information is wrong. It won't let me log in at all to see my appointments. Very bad Website.

Please fix the app crashing every time you click on the booking or admin page URL. And please, please add the ability to change booking availability within the app!!!! 🙏🏼
