I love the old service system actually,easy to communicate with customer services too. With this application,my points are not update at all even my order was delivered,then there was imperfect product,they said they will replace it, but I need one week to wait for my new one. Communication with CS not really helpful either because CS just communicated with whatsapp only. Really stressful. But the online shop system is fine.

Quite frustrating as back button always returns you to first screen and loose all your search filter. This happens when you select any product category from home screen. You probably need to trigger correct behavior by clicking the respective category in the product page.

Very bad shopping experience. Already purchased an item but must be refunded due to empty stock. And I have to wait 3 days to get my refund voucher due to bugs in their system. Really really not profesional, luckily there is CS who assist me and will help me to get the item.
