About this app

AlphaTouch enables you to see live video of who is calling you before you answer the call. When a visitor to your building calls you from the AlphaTouch hardware in your lobby you will get a notification on your phone. You then have the option to answer or ignore the call. You can also easily unlock the door from the app to let your visitor in the building.

10/2/25 - app is still not working & when I called tech support in July, I was told they would look into possible troubleshooting & get back to me, but I haven't been contacted. App no longer sends notifications. Last week I got some phone calls, but had no clue what they were, so I ignored them. Now that I know where they are originating from, I'm no longer getting them. I had the building managers delete & re-enter my profile, but still no luck. Frustrating!

As of July '25: Still no notifications at all. Never. // Notifications never come through anymore. It was fine up until a week or so ago, then some notifications would work, and some wouldn't. Now I don't receive them at all. The entry panel will ring for about 30 seconds or longer until it switches to a regular phone call to my number instead of the app. Images of the person calling do show up in the app and I am able to still unlock the door via app.

As of 08/25/25, I am still not receiving any notifications for Galaxy 24 Ultra with latest software. App is also updated. Now I am no longer receiving calls from AlphaTouch. My phone constantly tells me that the app is crashing in the background. PLEASE FIX THIS! 05/20/2025 Update: Using a Galaxy 24 Ultra the app is not working to open the door. It dials my number instead of ringing in the app. The app is not registering the call when someone dials my apt from the directory.
