About this app

If you don’t have the app, why not discover it today? It’s make life easier. Save on trips to your branch to check your accounts, send transfers, purchase products or other formalities. Your new mobile banking is the Banco Sabadell app. Try it out and, if you like, give us your opinion to help us improve it.

1. Manage your money easily and swiftly.
We present a menu designed for you to find what you want at a glance and perform your usual operations swiftly. Checking your balance and transactions, sending transfers, extending card limits, applying for a loan, acquiring products… These are just some examples of everything you can do! In detail:
· Accounts. Check your balance and transactions; send transfers to accounts or cards; manage your bills, taxes and social security or open a new account.
· Bizum. Send and receive money to and from your contacts, check your latest transactions, pay in physical or online shops... All from this app!
· Cards. Check your transactions and settlements; extend the limits and customise your payment options. You can also send cash to ATMs; transfer balance to your account; top up your mobile and configure the use and blocks.
· Deposits. Open a new deposit and manage your renewal options.
· Securities. You can register purchase/sale orders and open securities accounts.
· Funds. Check the list of transactions; subscribe to a fund and register a new contract.
Pension and retirement plans Check the account changes; make a regular or extraordinary contribution and subscribe a new plan.
· Financing. Here you can activate your Expansión Line and pre-approved loans. You can also pay off your mortgage in advance.
· Insurance. See the details and manage your contracts.

2. Acquire products with all the information you need… and without having to go to your branch!
Use your mobile to check all our proposals and perform operations directly, wherever and whenever you want.

3. Your banking arrangements and products start and end with your mobile.
With your Digital Signature you can sign operations from your smartphone with a digital code and forget about the coordinates card. More secure, faster and easier!

4. Receive useful information.
Customise your alerts and get real time information about changes in your cards and accounts. For example, we alert you when we deposit your salary or if your card is used for a purchase of over €300. And you’ll also see interesting promotions.

5. Identify yourself with your fingerprint
You can open the app using your fingerprint, no need to enter your password, provided your device is Android with a version of 6 or higher.

Useless app - the timeout is so short you can't execute any function other than an account look up. The app times out when trying to set up a transfer. Sabadell contacting me saying I should upgrade to the latest version of the app. I already have the latest version. This is the version I am reviewing, the one that has about a 60 second timeout that prevents me from entering a money transfer. This time out is not user configurable.

This app is trash. I got an account with Sabadell 2 months ago. I've been able to log in to the app exactly once. The app "sends me a confirmation code by SMS" to log in, except it never comes. I've verified my phone # with customer service multiple times, have spent more than 1 hour with them on the phone, and their solution was, "Log in with SMS" 🤣 And: "maybe it will be fixed in the next update." Updated: Still trash. Invasive ads, obtrusive security, and errors viewing transaction history.

Opened an account here because of the "cuenta remunerada". The experience so far has been nothing but outrageous. The app UI is terrible. I just made a recurrent transfer online and now I can't find it anywhere here. Same goes for the credit card. I want to request one, but the app keeps saying there was an error and I need to come back later. If this account is meant to be managed only online (web or app), I'm not sure how long I'll stay on this terrible account.
