So today, a hour delay, I depend on this app to notify me of the delay, and today it just decided not to tell me.... I got up 2hrs earlier than needed

This is a pathetic excuse for an app. I am embarrassed to be a part of a school that creates an app like this. This app is not worth anyone's time, or the memory it takes up on one's phone.
