This app didn't work well! I bought ferry tickets to Venice using this app but was unable to use them. Once purchased, they need to be activated manually. But when you will want to do so you won't get the QR code neither in the app nor in the browser. I wrote them an e-mail with request to refund those unusable tickets but didn't get any response from them. UPD: After two weeks this company contacted me and refunded those unusable tickets. Nevertheless, the app and service need to be improved.

A really cool concept, and great design. Would love to see this take off more, especially in the US. Unfortunately not too usable here at the moment.

The QR code doesn't work. Customer support is very poor, no reply to emails.
