I won an bid for a night in hotel in Amsterdam. Apparently, I booked a day and arrived to the hotel only to discover that this hotel is under construction. On the reception their offered to cancel my booking free of charge, but through contacting VakantieVeilingen. And I did contact support team explaining the situation and asking for refund. They said they will be back with answer in 10 days. It's been a month and no answer. Awful service!!

I give 4 stars just because we are not allowed to cancel an order. I had to contact the client service and it was a bit of a struggle to find the way to do so. They didn't reply to my emails, so I had to find another way. The prices are a bit lower then the actual prices you can find, of course that depends on how many people want the product.

The app does not open. Says there is no internet connection which is not true. Wrote to the email address given and the customer service said I could use the website instead. So I removed the app.. I just received an advert for the app and decided to reinstal it. Same problem. You need a knowledgeable customer service.
