About this app

Manage your everyday banking
• View account balances using Quick Balance
• Move money between your accounts (including Foreign Currency accounts)
• Set up and manage automatic payments
• Set up deposit and balance push notifications
• Apply for an additional everyday or savings account in minutes
• Send money to anyone with a NZ bank account using just their mobile number
• Send money overseas
• View account statements and documents in PDF format (up to 7 years’ worth).

Manage your ANZ Visa Debit, EFTPOS or personal credit card
• Set or change your card PIN
• Add or remove temporary blocks
• Report your card lost/stolen and order a replacement
• Apply for a new card
• Turn off your paper credit card statements and register for an email or text alert
• Decrease your personal credit card limit
• Set up eligible ANZ Visa Debit and personal credit cards for Google Pay.

Manage your home loan
• View your loan balance, repayment details, interest rate and more
• Request a home loan top up

Your money and personal details are protected because:
• ANZ goMoney is guarded by high-grade encryption and we ensure none of your personal or banking details are stored on your device.
• OnlineCode provides a second level of authentication for registration, adding a new device or resetting your PIN.
• ANZ goMoney locks you out if you repeatedly use the wrong security PIN or fingerprint and will time-out if the app is left running for too long with no activity.

Really good app - gets everything done. Like the way it has always improved over the years. And really like the new temp CVV feature which I will aim to use. Suggest you could make the menu customisable so it is easier to get to that screen now. It starts at the bottom and takes a bit to get there - it could be a tab on the a/c itself like 'details'. Cheers

On occasions it will randomly forget a purchase from weeks ago and show the money in my account, then after a few hours it randomly spews the purchase as done today to fix their stuff up, making the purchase timeliness close to useless. P.s the money shown can still be spent, so if you spend what you apparently have, you go in the negative and get fined.

Kia ora, transactions on your account appear at the time and under the date that they were fully processed on the merchant's end, not always at the time of the original transaction. This is because your account reflects when the merchant processed the transactions on their end showing the date the payment was fully processed and finalised.

Can't open joint account with GoMoney app without the other person using horse and cart to go into a branch to confirm eben though you already have 5 other joint accounts with that person. (Yes I know it's a feature, but your feature is broken) Doesn't matter if you complain, they never call/email you back (6 weeks and counting), they don't want your service, you are not important to them at all. Prove me wrong app team.
