Ratings and reviews

This app was great, but now it won't load at all. Doesn't matter how long I wait, whether I reinstall the app and log in again, or whether I force close and reopen it. Nothing works. I can't give an app any more than a single star if it won't work at all. For an issue that was supposedly fixed in an update, I see no improvement.

Love the power shouts, what a blessing! We can't use our woodburner, and suddenly we're having freezing nights in Masterton and it'll be a month until the new woodburner can be installed. Not sure about the weekly power forecasts though 🤔 don't see the value in them.

Clear, easy to use. I love the bill insights and usage. Paying my bill is also very simple and straightforward. It's set up in a way where I can easily get all the information I need, and if I want more, I can find it, but it's not cluttering up the main space. It is a bit clunky though. It's slow sometimes.
