Was going to see what was on for the week and record what I wanted. But when I opened up the app it said connection error. I cleared cache, uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted phone, and tried on mobile data but it still said connection error. Very annoyed because now I have to do it on the tv, it takes so much longer doing it that way and I have to remember what channels I like. Update: I can access the app but to record every week I have to uninstall and reinstall the app. Very annoying

Seems like an issue with a few people. Me and my partner are both getting a connection error. Both phones are compatible and like others we have tried all sorts to fix the issue with no luck. Super annoying because we often use it to record things when we aren't home. Please fix

Rubbish app. I have to uninstall and reinstall it every time to make it work. "Remote record failed" message appears, it never use to have this issue but even more so since I have had the "latest" Sky box which in itself is a piece of junk and would not recommend anybody buy it. Sky don't give a rat's proverbial and happily take more money from you for inept technology which they say they put your increasing charges towards.
