Where I live, there is barely a bus service, so this is premium stuff to me. Takes a while to figure out the app (so much for intuitive, maybe it's me 🤷🏻‍♀️)… but with favorite routes saved, I can get around well and not have to spend a huge amount on car services when I'm in the city.

This app is the most useless, assinine, piece of garbage I have ever used, I have to fight against it to even use it, support has been less than no help, as the same issues keep repeating it will either not allow funds to be used, not allow funds to be added, or in the most recent case of malfeasance it refused to allow me to add a new card to the app. So what was the point of changing the entire app around cause it sure as hell wasn't to help the customer base out?!

UPDATE TO MY POST BELOW: I had toggle my precise location settings off and on again to get pay button to display. This is a bug. ------ Most recent update 5.144.0.1632 has no option to pay for ride. I swear every time this gets updated it gets worse. The usability on the previous version was awful and required 5 clicks on various button to pay for ride but at least you could eventually get it done. So frustrated. Another rider paid for my ride when he saw how much trouble I was having.
