Writing in response to latest version. In short, I want to know the developer who coded this and tester, who tested this! Salute to both. The app doesn't work at all, unless, wait for it...if you want to type the entire Indian umber through Key Pad!!! You cannot select a contact from the address book!! So, wondering why I would even use the app. Just save toll free number, add comma, and then the target number. No need for this app!! Another thing, it's now always running in the background!

Update 6/10/2021: Almost an year and half later, nothing has changed; dropped calls, poor connection, faulty minutes calculations , and incompetent customer service! If my elderly mom was able to use WhatsApp, I would never use this👎 Update 11/17/19: Nothing has changed since my last review; in fact, it has gotten worse, and if I could give 0 stars, I would. None of the two options work, internet calling or without. Tried to call the customer service, same response! Waste of time and money 👎

It crashes more often than it works. Horrible. Update on my review. I want to give this a zero star, is it available? Paid $10 for renewal. My account still says zero balance after 12 hours. Customer service numbers hang up on its own after 3 rings. Chat box unattended. No other way to communicate. I cannot make phone calls to India b3cause my account doesn't reflect payment. This is the most horrible app. C'mon India..are you that technically challenged? I had better expectations from reliance
