Qlue is a social media app which allows users to report problems directly to the city government and businesses, as well as sharing informations to the neighbors around them in order to help creating Smart City. Reports from citizens will be dispatched in real time to the related officials. Each report's status can be monitored using Qlue App and Qlue’s Dashboard in mycity.qlue.id.

I just installed it, then I want to upload a photo from my gallery and It can't find any photos 'You don't have any photo location' it says. Then how am I supposed to do to upload instead of using in App camera? I don't have a clue why we need photo location which I still hardly find it on my phone setting, what a pain. Still it just make user's life more difficult. I hope you guys fix it quickly soon. A great app concept, but a Bad UX, what a waste. Regards, Galang

I wrote a report once. the government officer come to me to clear the issue with me. But suddenly my apps crashed while the government officer write his feedback on this app, and my report is gone. The government officer say that I removed it, I NEVER remove it. I don't like this. it makes me look like I don't take my own complain seriously.

I never knew before I can deliver an important message to local government this easier and faster by just using a smartphone. This app is truly amazing, helping the local government and local community to work hand-in-hand solving the problem occured in the neighbirhood.
