UPDATE: Lately, it's been really difficult to make any transactions whether it's money in or money out of the app. So far the customer support is prompt is responding, however no solutions have been made. --- -- - - My whole experience is positive. All my queries were answered promptly and all the transactions were smooth. It's a convenient way for me to pay my SSS fees while working overseas.

Worst app. I still tried to use it despite reading negative reviews here. Pero yun na nga. Nag top up ako via bank transfer. Lagpas isang araw na wala pa rin. Sobrang inconvenient. Walang sumasagot sa facebook instagram at email nila! Hassle!!!!!!! 😡😡😡 Their service is the WORST. it'll take a month before you can finish ONE TRANSACTION. from Topping up to their app until your payment being posted to the app!!! First and last transaction with you. Kung may zero star rating lang sa playstore,

I tried to top up using paypal, after to days it is still in "awaiting payment" status and my wallet is still zero balance. How many days will the money goes to the wallet? I think the top up transaction is too slow. -edit: i just send email to customer care and it was fixed instantly. I just hope there's no need to send an email before it goes to the wallet next time so we will trust your app. And thank you for the fast response. Change the rating from 2 to 3 stars.
