Pretty reliable and drivers are usually friendly and respectful. Maybe it's just me, but I notice that when I choose credit card as a payment method, it is very difficult to get a driver. When I choose cash as a payment method, I normally get a driver right away. Too regular not to be connected.

This app used to be reliable. All of a sudden it takes almost an hour to even get a car. And dont tell me about booking in advance because I may not always know I'd need a car in the given moment. Fix this nonsense 30.10.2024 same issue. I'm going to retire this app. I am completely fed up.

This app does not have an option to book rides in advance. When you book a ride in advance, it is only sent out at the time it was booked for. So it's the same as a regular ride. Also, drivers are calling after you book rides and then canceling without updating you, and the app doesn't notify you unless you open it back. When drives see you're paying by card, they also cancel rides. The only reason I am giving one star is because that's the lowest I can give. They deserve lower

Hi, you can pre-book via our 24/7 in-app Support Chat at least 2 hours in advance.
Our developers are looking into the issue with the ETA provided via the app to improve accuracy.
