If you choose the apartment of your dreams, in the application you can:
• Get information about apartments: layouts, prices, photos, infrastructure
• Add apartments to “favorites”
• Study characteristics and prices
• View floor plans
• Sign up for a tour
• Book apartments
• Receive news from the developer and push notifications
If you are already our client, in the shareholder’s account you can:
• Monitor the progress of construction
• Sign up to sign the transfer and acceptance certificate of real estate and receive the keys
• View documents
After receiving the keys, the mobile application will not lose its relevance and will become a digital assistant for solving all emerging issues around the house: from submitting meter readings and paying receipts to ordering services and communicating with neighbors. Using a mobile application, you can interact with the developer, management company, resource supply organizations, service providers in the marketplace and neighbors.
