The Urban Redevelopment Authority ("URA") provides comprehensive and timely real estate information to enhance the transparency of the Singapore property market and to facilitate developers, property owners and the general public in making informed decisions on land development, property investment/purchases and leasing.

This application includes information on sale prices and rentals of private residential properties in Singapore (including prices of units sold by developers).

Whilst every reasonable endeavour has been made to ensure that the contents of the Property Market Information are accurate and complete, the URA does not warrant the accuracy, correctness and completeness of such contents and shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage whatsoever may arise as a result of any use of or reliance on such contents.

This app is unstable. Recently keeping getting error message and no data download of property transactions. Reported still not fixed. I like this app because it is simple, easy to use and has a comprehensive listing of project prices for 6mths or recent 1 yr etc. Unfortunately, lately has not been able to access to the data.

Hi All. The "Clear Cache" action on the installed mobile app does do the trick to tackle the problem on crashed everytime it's launched. Go to your Settings > Apps (Android) and search for PtyMktInfo app. Click on it, then to go Usage > Storage screen, you'll see the "Clear cache" button. Click on it. Then relaunch the mobile app again, it should work again. Thanks.
