Slow motion video editor can easily create slow-mo and fast motion effect. You can slow down the playback speed of the video and also fast forward the video playback rate.

Slow down videos
To make slow mo effect, select the speed you want, support 0.1x, 0.2x, 0.25x, 0.3x, 0.4x, 0.5x, 0.6x, 0.8x, 0.9x, 0.95x

Fast forward videos
To make fast motion effect, just select the supported fast speed 1.25x, 1.5x, 1.75x, 2.0x, 2.5x, 3.0x, 4.0x, 5.0x, 6.0x, 7.0x, 8.0x, 10.0x to speed up video.

Multiple effect
Add multiple fast motion and slow motion effect in the same video, you can ajust the start time and the end of each speed fragment.

Clunkly interface, slow render speed, compulsory registration and then 3 days later automatically bill you.. it works but the way it's is set up pffft. How about offer monthly subscription instead of preying on those who miss the deadline.. I'll happily update my rating then..

This app sucks. Im trying to do a video and slow it down and the slowing down is very bad. I will not use it anymore. When i tried to post it it has a warning sign on it. Very bad app for slow motion do not recommend

Good app, does exactly what it says. Only issue was if I changed speeds a couple of times the app would freeze and I'd have to restart it and start again.
