I got a tracking watch for my kids so I could give them a little more independence when out playing but always be able to see they didn't wander out of a safe area and I could reach them easily to tell them dinners ready etc. I LOVE it! I tried other apps but the support was horrendous and I couldn't get them set up easily this one was brilliant and very fast responding and helpful. I upgraded subscription 2 days into the 5 day free trial. Then upgraded again a month later to a personalised version of the family premium tariff and added 7 devices. One for each of my nieces and nephews. Brilliant for peace of mind and very practical. Customer service from technical support incredibly good!

looks and works great. didnt realize I had to pay a monthly or yearly fee for the app but my bad as I didnt read everything. Because im paying for a service though i had a problem while I was away in a different country. The watches wernt been tracked. A message to the app technical team sorted this no bother, very quickly. overall after a few weeks of usage the app works fine.

I bought a subscription to use this app after the trial expired and the app does not register that I am subscribed. Google Play will not allow another purchase as it says I am already subscribed. I have paid for a subscription and it's not active. That is taking money from people and then not giving them what they purchased...... I know a word for that! Tech support does not even answer my multiple requests for assistance.
