The drivers and the application were overall good at the beginning. Currently there's virtually no hour when you can order a taxi without having to pay for a tip (the initial price is 400 AMD and the tip usually starts from 300 AMD). It's ostensibly weird. Even if you see there's little or no traffic on the streets, for some unknown reason UTaxi is 24/7 "overloaded" and "busy" and they force you to pay the tip.

This taxi becomes trash. Charging more, not coming correct location, drivers purposefully place on wait before few seconds of arriving, than start the route without removing the waiting status just to overcharge for short trips. What is worse most of drivers don't know how to use GPS , and they take you to wrong location, because they are lazy. Was good in the past, unfortunately become trash.

It's not even safe, there's more than 3 numbers for support, but all of them pretending they are not listening or the connection is poor, but they're just faking. So I consider it is dangerous to use this service. Maybe some of the drivers are inadequate how do you think I can inform you or get help? I was using the app with credit card, and the last trip charged 2100 drams instead of 1100. I was just calling to understand the reason. Congrats! You'll get my bad recommendations among my friends.
