When it's working, it's an amazing app! I love it! Lately, though, it won't update my checkouts & holds or load images. I took nearly all our books back a few days ago and picked up our holds - and the app says we still have the books checked out and stuff on hold. I cleared the cache, cleared the storage (which broke it), and even deleted the app $reinstalled. Nada.

If I hear an author interview or a book sounds interesting it's the 1st site I look in. Since the whole lock down the library has become increasingly valuable to my wife and I. We are constantly using this app and even though the search features are a little bit iffy and I have to do multiple searches to find something, it's really good to be able to get the books ordered on my phone and have them just show up at my library.

It worked great (5 stars) until it didn't. For the past 3 weeks I can do nothing with it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I could give the benefit of the doubt for a couple of days of dysfunction, but not for a couple of weeks. Who is maintaining the app?
