I just downloaded the app, and the first thing I noticed is that you, in fact, cannot customize your own reload amount. The preselected options start at $15, but what if I only need to put $5, $8, or $14 (less than $15)? I'm a single person. I don't need to be loading $15+ every time. Where's the legit CUSTOMIZE option?? Not happy.

I used this app a year ago, and it was great. I've been trying to use it again, and it just won't load anything beyond their logo.

App dosen't specify which locations use the app I put money on the card through the app but dosen't go on my card here at my location I've been trying to contact them and no response
