Poor services from connect broadbsnd. Technical upgradation is going on always. Around 10 days ago, technical upgradation was done for 3 days by connect and after that broadband services were restored. Today also, their technical upgradation is going on and it would be completed in 8 hours and 30 mins now. Broadband services as well as customer services both are pathetic. Calls get disconnected while transfering and they don't bother to call back customer. Never recommend connect to anyone.

Poor service. If there is any technical issue, they will not be able to resolve the issue for 2-3 days. Keep calling them and they will make your fool that request is prioritised and will resolved soon. I asked to transfer call to manager and they disconnected my call. It's more than 24 hours without internet. Hats off to connect broadband service level.

Very poor service just don't subscribe to this service if I have to rate the service I will give -infinity this service has really made me cry almost everyday there is some problem. Besides this if I have to talk about good things they it's nothing I see no point to keep my ties with this service I am done i'm using connect internet for around 6 months and every day every week there is some problem so, listen to me no matter who you are and where you are just don't subscribe to the connect 😑😑
