Ratings and reviews

I am really disappointed with the Physics and Chemistry classes in PW Bangla. The teaching style is not effective, and the explanations are often unclear, especially in Physics. The teacher sometimes uses inappropriate words during class, which creates an uncomfortable learning environment. Important topics are not properly clarified, and it becomes difficult to understand the concepts. I hope the platform takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of teaching for these subjects.

PW app and coaching is amazing, but I keep getting logged out again and again while watching lectures. I was halfway through a lecture when it suddenly restarted from the beginning, even though I didn’t log out myself — it just logs me out automatically. Also, while I try to log in again, I’m unable to, even though I’ve entered the OTP correctly.

The app and coaching are really amazing. I had a small suggestion, it would be very helpful if we could stay logged in on two devices (like a tablet and a phone). I study on my tablet most of the time but use my phone while commuting to work, and switching logins each time is a bit inconvenient. I understand there may be reasons for the current setup, but I’d really appreciate it if you could consider this. Thank You :)
