It used to work ok, but now it's appalling. The reminders happen at the wrong date and time, often all bins in the same week. Even when the reminders are corrected, they go wrong again. It is next to useless now. Even after all this time, it's still messing up the reminders. Reminders set to 7pm tonight, but no reminder given. What the point in this app?

Pretty poor app, seemingly unresponsive most of the time and no feedback when you have clicked on buttons to say that you have clicked or that screens are loading. This would go a long way in terms of user friendliness as you can never be sure if the app is actually doing anything or if your clicks have been registered. Notifications on bin days are never right outside of the usual schedule - on weeks with bank holidays for example.

This app used to be good. It used to do exactly what you needed. Notify you the evening you have to put out your bin. Great. In the last few months it suddenly stopped doing that. Instead, it started sending me random news about the council. Annoying notifications that there is no way to disable.
