Exactly what I needed. Works great for getting a manual belt tensioned. Used to tension belts on my Ducati 848. One improvement - there's no calibration feature like musical tune apps. Add a calibration feature and you have a 5 star no nonsense app.

This app is useless unless there is some hidden secret to get it to display the frequency. All I can get it to do is show a waveform without the frequency, let alone an average.

My review, after thoroughly going through app I figure out how the frequency meter work. It states you have to flick the belt or string 3x so it can average out the Hertz for you. You must hold your phone mic a few mm away to capture sound.
