TimeTrex Mobile allows employees to track their attendance from anywhere, even if there is no internet connection! Perfect for home care and trade professionals who are always moving between job sites. Attendance information is then sent back to the TimeTrex server where business rules/policies are applied, supervisors can be notified of exceptions (employees coming in late, leaving early, missed punches, etc..) and payroll can be processed in just a few clicks.

***KIOSK MODE***
- Turn any tablet or phone into a powerful stationary (wall mounted) or mobile timeclock.
- Biometric facial recognition and photo capturing can be enabled for each punch to help prevent buddy punching.
- Employees can use QRCodes to instantly punch in/out using the camera.

Ratings and reviews

Makes it super easy to clock in and out from your phone. Also by going to their website and clicking on desktop, you can view everything from your phone. This really makes it easy when you have to clock in or out and there is a line or the computer is acting up. I definitely recommend using this or at least downloading for back up.

Update: We've had payroll errors across the company and some employees still have issues logging in from app. The response to my 1 star review was nearly instant, response to my support email: non existant! Remember when you used to punch in at work and it took 1 second? Now the clock watches you struggle. This app takes around 10+ mins to process simple functions. And somehow my paycheck is dependent on this. Am I getting paid? Maybe, maybe not? What a horrible technology to depend on.

It needs offline punch capabilities for when we are working out of cell service. The team punch feature is great, but it shouldn't show terminated employees in the list. Otherwise an amazing app. Update: The developers are great and the app is continually getting better. This is phenomenal.
