Great app for easy access to my business system. Makes it easy for mobile techs and sales people to do their job without having to lug around an entire laptop and a mobile hotspot.

No instructions. Road techs are unable to clock onto jobs. Hard to Integrate with an update that was pushed with no instructions for a mobile app. Pc based program seems the same, but will have to figure out a way to get these guys on the road punched on and document proper times and such. Needs major improvements.
