Hotel great. This app is less than average. Lots of information on the hotel but cannot login using room details therefore none of the booking or ordering functions are usable. App doesn't belong to the hotel so they can't help. Barcelo tell you to speak to hotel so also no help.

excellent service manager at the magical restaurant.. She is superb at her job and a font of knowledge. She does the barcelo brand proud. Her name is Mayra.

definitely not what we paid for, ALL Inclusive is not all inclusive, nothing open half of the time, if you miss breakfast there's nowhere until 1pm, drinks are unavailable after midnight
