What is FixMyStreet?
FixMyStreet is an internet and mobile platform made available to the public and the authorities to report incidents in public spaces within the Brussels-Capital region.
It is, more specifically :
• An aid to locating and describing problems.
• A tool that informs the public and the authorities at each key stage in the resolution of the incident.
The application permits you to quickly signal an incident with your cellphone. With it, it is easy to localize the incident, take a picture and send it to the key authorities.
