ACCESS

Envision Financial is a division of First West Credit Union. Access is available to all members who currently use our online banking service. If you're not a First West Credit Union member, no problem—simply visit join.envisionfinancial.ca to set up a new membership and you'll get access as soon as your account is approved.

PERMISSIONS

In order to use the Envision Financial Mobile App, you'll need to grant our app permission to access certain functions on your mobile phone, including:

• Full network access – Allows our app to connect to the Internet.
• Approximate location – Find our nearest branch or 'ding-free' ATM by allowing our app to access your phone's GPS.
• Take pictures and videos – Deposit cheques using Deposit Anywhere™ right from your mobile phone by allowing our app access to your phone camera.
• Access to your phone contacts – Get the utmost in convenience by allowing our app to access your list of contacts, that way you can send an Interac® e-Transfer to someone on your contact list without manually setting them up as a recipient in mobile banking.
Depending on your operating system, these permissions may be worded differently on your Android™ phone.

Use of the Mobile App is subject to the terms and conditions found in our First West Credit Union Account Access Agreement for both personal and business accounts.

I can never log in. Tried on multiple android devices over the last couple years, always with the same result. The log in button does not even take me to the log in page. Completely dead app in my experience

This new app looks nicer than the previous one, is a little easier to navigate as well. 2 good things. The WORST thing so far about this app is it doesn't give you a running balance in you accounts!! It lists the transactions as to how much came out and at which stores, but there is no account balance total given. This is something i NEED to see visually!! Why would you even remove that info?? Wish i didn't have to use this at ALL!!!

Getting logged in to my account is such a pain. I am constantly having to answer various security questions on my own devices and the format has changed several times since I have been using the app. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING to have all the hassle just to access my own account. 10 out of 10 would not rate as a smooth operating app. It is slow, sluggish, glitchy, and often crashes on me. Not impressed... If I could give zero stars I would but it won't let me...
