*This app is a smartphone app for individual customers of Yamanashi Chuo Bank.
Yamanashi Chuo Bank account information (balances and statements) can be easily and conveniently accessed in calendar format.
In addition, it comes with the ``CRECO'' app that centrally manages credit cards.
You can manage multiple passbooks within the smartphone app.
■Main features
・Balance inquiry (ordinary deposit)
・Inquiry on deposit and withdrawal details (ordinary deposit)
・Central management of credit card details and invoices
■How to use
・In order to use this app, you need to apply for a Yamanashi Chuo Bank savings account.
・Compatible terminals
Android: 8.0 or later
*If you use this service on a tablet device, it may not work properly.
*Even if the device is compatible with this app, depending on the usage status of the smartphone, this app may not work properly and you may not be able to use it.
■Notes
・Accounts that can be viewed are Yamanashi Chuo Bank ordinary deposit accounts. Other accounts cannot be imported.
・Updating the deposit/withdrawal details information may take some time depending on the radio wave conditions and the type of device.
・Yamanashi Central Bank Direct balance/deposit/withdrawal details,
Credit card company website login authentication information (ID and password) is encrypted and stored only on the customer's smartphone.
The encryption method uses AES128 encryption method.
Uninstalling the app will also delete the data on your smartphone. We do not store any login credentials for Yamanashi Chuo Bank cash cards.
・The periods during which balance inquiries, deposit/withdrawal details inquiries, and credit card usage statements/bills can be viewed are as follows.
○Customers using Yamanashi Central Bank App Passbook with CRECO
There is no restriction on the viewing period after installing Yamanashi Central Bank App Passbook with CRECO.
Press the round arrow mark at the top right of the calendar to update with new data.
*Customers who only use Yamanashi Central Bank Direct will be asked to check their deposit and withdrawal details up to two months in advance.
