Bitbox02 Desktop on Windows - Carshes when I click "Send" to Withdraw / Move to exchange. If I can click on "Receive" it doesn't Carsh, but if I click on "Send", then the software immediately crashes and automatically closes out. Restarted many times, Please Resolve this issue! I regret my purchase.

Work well and simple with laptop. But when plug it into the phone doesn't seem to be working. It said connect bitbox 2 and tap device. But no light nothing comes on after tapping it many time. They should make a video on how to use with the phone app. Can't find any information on how to use with phone app.
