This app is disgusting. it won't work. When i called Customer Service they said to delete it and download it again. Still won't work. Not only that but now i've deleted it from my phone - on google play is still says it's installed!

Hola Pia, ¿puedes enviarnos más detalles y una captura de pantalla del mensaje que aparece al momento de transferir a rrss@bci.cl? De todas maneras, te pedimos que verifiques si estás operando con "Bci Móvil" y si es así, debes ingresar a Google Play y bajar la nueva App Bci. Quedamos atentos,

The app does not work with the bci app. The authorizations never transfer to subway card top-ups
