• WingDocs is the document control tool in the cloud.

• Keep your documents organized for easy access.

• In WingDocs you will see the tabs of the documents you have available for viewing, downloading or uploading at the moment.
• You can upload documents that you have on the computer and check their status (approved, rejected, pending).
• Just click on a document and you will have immediate access. You will receive alerts of upcoming documents.

★ Unification
• You will have access to all documents related to your work in one place.

★ Mobile documentation
• Did you select a mobile in any of the Wing apps? WingDocs will download the associated documents.

★ QR codes
• You can access documents by reading QR code, which may be associated with your user or apply to all staff.

★ Communication
• WingDocs communicates with the other WingSuite Apps
