I love Grove and have been using them for a while now. I love their products, the personalized notes on the shipping boxes, and the fact that you don't necessarily have to buy anything every month. Since the new update though it's been a terrible experience. I can't add anything to my cart! Every time I click on something to add it, a message pops up stating, "Oops something went wrong". I can't buy anything!

So happy this provider exists! We need more sustainable products available everywhere with easy access. They also have a great deal when first signing up ($80 free products). But watch out! They will sign you up for automatic subscriptions you did not allow. Make sure to opt out after purchasing an item so you're not caught off guard.

Wish there was a way to SORT products in the wishlist, subscription, and cart. Sorting by brand, product type, price, etc. would be helpful. It's too time-consuming to have to scroll from top-to-bottom to find out I've ordered 2-3 different dishsoaps of the same brand/scent in the cart because they are scattered throughout the list. Grouping them together would be of great help. Maybe a drag&drop method as an option would be good. Managing subscriptions needs to be simpler too.
