The products are GREAT, this is a review of their app... Will not keep me logged in (have the same problem on their website) and won't allow me to use/redeem my points... We have hay on auto subscribe for our 4 cavvies and have over 1k points to use on toys and treats, but because it keeps logging me out, I can't use them or redeem them. I can't even manage my auto subscriptions because it keeps logging me out. It's absolutely infuriating. Didn't used to be a problem. Hopefully they fix it.

The best place to get hay, treats, and bedding for small animals! The hay is fresh, well packed and is a much better quality than the stuff you find in the stores. You can grab stuff off their app, their web site or even Amazon but if you want the points to use towards rewards, shop directly. The app is great because I can shop as I am looking at our chinchillas supplies and it let's you create a wishlist.

More responsive and easier to navigate than the website on mobile! Love it! The store itself is also perfect for ordering the daily necessities for my guinea pig, though previously I just went online. Very excited to have the mobile app, and my first order just went very smoothly!
