I have recieved the tude debit card but im unable to login and when i was opening tide business account that was also not great experience i had issue even my cell phone is brand new And now i am not able to login tell me it shows me nearly there and when i click on the next button it says something went wrong why have sent me the card if i cannot login what is the use of that card. I hate it.

Very poor UI of the app, please redevelop and smoothen the app, also it doesn't allow screenshot, but customer service asks for screenshot of the offers when contacted, very weird that their own employees don't know about app policy.
