I had issues with this app after using it for a few years, even then sometimes it doesn't work correctly so i was told to uninstall and reinstall but now it doesn't load at all !!! after contacting engage was told there is an issue with the app and android 🙄????

Hi Peter, sorry to hear you've been having some troubles with the app. We believe we've got a fix for the login issue you were experiencing in the 2023.4.3 version, released earlier today. It seems a chrome update broke logins for some people; if you're still having issues though, please get in touch with your app admin to contact us directly.

Got told to download this app by my new employer. Set up the profile, all info was there. Now log back in and the homescreen is completely blank. Tried logging out and logging back in again but still just a blank homescreen. It's day 1 of using it. If it doesn't work on the day I download it I'm not holding out much hope. Next week I'll have to ask my employer to give me alternative communication regarding hours etc.

Hi Pete, sorry to hear that's been your first experience, that definitely doesn't sound right. If you're able to pass your info on to your system admins, they can contact us directly and we can take a look into this for you more easily and get things working for you.

Performance of app is almost none existant VERY slow cant even type into it as you genuinely cant see anything on the screen while you do in terms of what keys youve pressed. Posts keep unloading and trying to reload. Posts when they DO load can take up to 3 minutes+ to make themselves visible

Hi there, that's definitely not the experience we want you to be having. Can you contact the person responsible for managing your app experience, ideally with a recording of this behaviour? They'll be able to contact us directly so we can pass this on to our app team to investigate and resolve it with a future update.
